1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Frigo ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Frigo is a smart cooking companion mobile application that provides:

• Ingredient recognition through camera functionality
• Recipe discovery and search capabilities
• Meal planning and organization tools
• Voice-assisted cooking guidance
• Nutrition tracking features
• Shopping list generation

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Frigo offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features with limitations
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features, billed monthly or annually

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

5. User Content

By using the App, you may save recipes, create meal plans, and upload photos. You retain all rights to your content. However, by submitting content to Frigo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Recipe Content and Nutrition Information

Frigo provides recipe suggestions and nutritional information for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any recipe or nutritional information.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of recipes and nutritional information, especially if they have dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before making any decisions based on information provided by the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Frigo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Recipes displayed in the App are sourced from public databases and third-party websites. Recipe credits are provided where applicable. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or transmitted through the App

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frigo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
